Song of the Fireflies (The Edge of Never #3) by J.A. Redmerski
Song of the Fireflies - J.A. Redmerski

Since they were kids, Elias Kline and Brayelle Bates have been inseparable. When Bray moves to South Carolina, separating the two for the first time, they both at last realize that their innocent childhood friendship has developed into something much more. So when Bray finally returns to Georgia—and to Elias—things between them couldn’t be more perfect…until one fateful night changes everything.

Desperate not to go to prison for a terrible accident, Elias and Bray decide to run. As they try to make the most of their freedom, the two find themselves relying on a rebellious group of people who tempt the duo into a wild and daring new life. But they can’t run from their troubles forever.

As the consequences of their past catch up to them, the couple must finally face reality. Even if they can make it through the unimaginable, Elias knows the truth about Bray’s painful history, and in the end he may not be able to save Bray from herself…

Reviewing this book is really difficult as it pains me to say that i was very disappointed in this and the author. It pains me because the author is one of my favourite authors and this book, I hated it.

Bray and Elias, definitely characters I never want to read ever again. ever. unless I'm getting held down, tied down and my life depends on reading about them then hell to the no. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Entangled (Fullerton Family Saga #2) by Ginger Voight
Entangled (Fullerton Family Saga #2) - Ginger Voight

In Book 2 of the Fullerton Family Saga, teacher Rachel Dennehy heads back to California to save her favorite little boy from his rapid downward spiral. She feels responsible for Jonathan's destructive behavior, knowing it was her broken promise that sent him off the rails. She moves in with Alex, a man who had been her nemesis for so long. Thrust together with the shared goal of saving Jonathan, they find more in common than they had realized.

In fact, it is Alex who comes to her rescue Drew confronts Rachel over her “betrayal.” The chemistry still burns hot between them, but Rachel cannot forgive Drew’s cruel deception. Unfortunately he is unwilling to let her go. Drew Fullerton doesn't like to lose, especially to his younger brother. So he proceeds with his plan to win her back, using every trick in the book to force her hand, including his son.

Young Jonathan holds fast to his dream of a real family, which tears her in yet another direction. Her heart is torn between the three Fullertons, all of whom need her in very different ways. Someone is going to get hurt, no matter what she does. She struggles to do what is right, even when she finds it puts her at direct odds with what she wants.

How far must Rachel go to win back Jonathan’s trust, and protect the men she has grown to love?

I'm really starting to hate Rachel, she tries to make herself out like she is this saint and trying to save this boy but all the time she just wants to slut around with the Fullerton Brothers.

Archer's Voice (Sign of Love, Sagittarius)
Archer's Voice - Mia Sheridan

When Bree Prescott arrives in the sleepy, lakeside town of Pelion, Maine, she hopes against hope that this is the place where she will finally find the peace she so desperately seeks. On her first day there, her life collides with Archer Hale, an isolated man who holds a secret agony of his own. A man no one else sees.

Archer's Voice is the story of a woman chained to the memory of one horrifying night and the man whose love is the key to her freedom. It is the story of a silent man who lives with an excruciating wound and the woman who helps him find his voice. It is the story of suffering, fate, and the transformative power of love.

First off, I don't know why this book is apart of the Sign of Love series, anyway this can be read as a stand alone. You don't need to read the first 3 to read this one.

It is an enjoyable read. I was intrigued with Archer. His mysteriousness kept me wanting to finish this to the end. It wasn't wow factor or the best Ive read but still a good read. The writing is great. I really liked Bree & Archer and their relationship. I kept thinking I really would have loved Alyssa & Conner's story. I hope the author may consider writing their story (even though, you find how their relationship ended in this book, I still think it would be an amazing read.)

Renegade Lady (Renegade Sons MC #1) by Dawn Martens
Renegade Lady - Dawn Martens, Emily Minton

Jenna “Ice” Chandler grew up as part of a motorcycle club. She considered it her home, until one wrong move made it her prison. After months of abuse, she is rescued by Chipper, who takes her to Big Clifty, Missouri, home of the Renegade Sons MC.

Kiddrick “Kidd” Jones is the president of the Renegades. He knows there is something special about Ice the moment his older brother, Chipper, brings her into the club, but stays away, because she is too young.

When time comes for Ice to take her place in the club, she has two choices, become an old lady or a club whore. Not believing in love and knowing a man can never be faithful, she decides to earn her spot on her back.

With each passing year, Kidd's feelings for Ice grows and the urge to make her his becomes stronger. Frustrated and jealous, he finally decides it’s time to make her his.

Will Ice finally thaw out and give love a chance, or is Kidd fighting a losing battle?

This is one of those books, where you are like Wtf did I just read?! & I was asking myself shortly after I started. This was a Dnf. Yea, yea, I hear yous the ones that know me so well, "we are so surprised!" said none of them, ever.

Jenna, I did not like. At the age of 16, and a victim of rape I couldn't understand her choices. She peeved me off too much to finish this book. After I decided to not finish this, may I add a very hard decision I had to make.. not. I thought I would read the reviews on goodreads only to find 4-5 star ratings. I don't understand the ratings. 4.5 amazing some of them said. Am I on the right planet? How was the story amazing. It was rubbish and Jenna is an idiot. The end.

Underestimated (Underestimated #1) by Jettie Woodruff
Underestimated - Jettie Woodruff

Morgan starts her life in a bad situation, she doesn't really know what she wants out of life. She's never had anyone to look up to, or help guide her in the right direction. She had it rough, and never dreamed that it could get worse, however she finds that it can, and does.

She learns what real hell is when she meets the husband that she doesn't want to marry, but isn't given a choice. Can she escape? She can, and does only to wake up and find herself right back at square one

Wtf. Thats basically gonna be the topic of this review. Wtf. WTF. Wtf!

The tears come when I think of the time I'll never get back from reading this ridiculous book. The blurb was appealing, so were the ratings. The more I got in to the story the more I wanted to shoot myself in the head or bleach my brain. One of the two. Or maybe both to make sure this book would be totally scrubbed from my brain. Morgan starts her new life, running away from her abusive husband and marriage only to fall in the arms of Dawson 5 minutes later, they love each other wtf. She has an accident causing her back in the arms of her husband with no memory she depends on him and eventually falls in love with him and he falls in love with her. And then bang her memory is back and she seeks revenge on her husband and Derik (husbands sidekick) bla bla. Thats all I read because I can no longer waste my precious time on this book. It is not so much the story as I love dark, twisted erotica but the writing. I couldn't get into it. I felt no connection between "Riley" & Dawson and even when she was in love with her husband I felt nothing there between them either, their characters did not connect at all. And wtf is up with her stupid vagina comments, honestly.

Of course my vagina had to go and stick her nose in it too.

Hold your horses, vagina.

I swear if I could disown my vagina I would have.

There is a lot more, but no way am I going through my kindle to find them all. Fuck that.

Trouble in Tampa (Great Exploitations #3) by Nicole Williams
Trouble in Tampa - Nicole Williams

When it comes to trouble, Eve’s used to showing plenty of it to her Targets, but when she’s assigned a new Errand, the roles become reversed. Rob Tucker is the kind of man who raises every red flag in a woman. He reminds Eve that some Clients aren’t just looking for freedom from their husbands—they’re trying to save their lives. She’s worked domestic violence Errands before, but this one’s . . . different.

When a seemingly quick and simple job turns into the complete opposite, Eve finds herself juggling two of the most difficult Errands of her career.

How far will she go to see both through to completion?

Seriously need more! It just keeps getting better & better!

But is definitely way too short!

I need answers and a HEA but not with dickface, but if Eve’s HEA is with him then so be it.

Just give us more!!

Seven Sons (Gypsy Brothers)
Seven Sons (Gypsy Brothers) - Lili Saint Germain

My father was most certainly NOT an innocent man. As the leader of the Gypsy Brothers MC, he was guilty of many things. But he died for a crime that he didn’t commit, framed by an enemy within who then stole his club and everything he had ever worked to protect.

Including my innocence.

When Dornan Ross framed my father, he set into motion a series of events that could never be undone. My father was murdered by Dornan Ross and his sons when I was fifteen years old.

Before my father died, Dornan and his sons stole my innocence, branded my skin and in doing so, ensured that their lives would be prematurely cut short. That they would suffer.

I’ve just turned twenty-one, and I’m out for blood. I'm out for revenge.

But I didn't expect to fall for Jase, the youngest brother in the club.

I didn't expect that he would turn my world upside down, yank my heart out of my chest and ride away into the sunset with it.

Now, I'm faced with an impossible choice - Jase, or avenging my fathers death?

Probably my most favourite read for the year at the moment!

I think I may have a girl crush on Juliette, she is such BADASS babe!

CANNOT WAIT FOR SIX BROTHERS!! BTW totally sucks this is novella sized. I wish it was longer!!
